During this time of social distancing and self isolation we’ve found a great opportunity for professional development. Niche Academy is a wonderful tool that PRL has to help continue their learning. Parkland staff are continuing to add new training videos including Record Set, Inclusive Marketing & Communications, Grant Connect and Grant Writing, Services for Print Disabled Patrons, and Ordering from ULS, RBdigital, Cloudlibrary, and CVS Midwest Tape (coming soon).
In addition to these great learning resources Niche Academy has a blog where staff can access past Webinars.
