If you are attending virtually, you will need to click on the meeting link in the calendar invite on the day of the meeting. If you are attending in person, please try to arrive 10-15 minutes before the meeting starts at 10 am.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\">A\u00a0meeting\u00a0package, including the agenda and background material for each topic, will be sent out by email at least one week before the\u00a0meeting. Please read the package to prepare for the\u00a0meeting.
