If you haven\u2019t already done so, please <a href=\"https:\/\/support.prl.ab.ca\/index.php\/event\/plc-meeting-4\/\">register <\/a>for the PLC meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Setting up your account:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>IT has installed Microsoft Teams to all staff computers. You can check to see if it is installed by searching for Teams in the search bar on the lower left-hand side of your computer. If you can\u2019t find it, please contact <a href=\"mailto:helpdesk@prl.ab.ca\">helpdesk@prl.ab.ca<\/a>.<\/li><li>Launch Microsoft Teams and sign in using your PRL email account. Enter your full email address and click sign in. It will then prompt for your email password.<\/li><li>If prompted, uncheck the box that says \u201callow my organization to manage my device\u201d. Then click Yes. Set-up will take place.<\/li><li>The \u201cYou\u2019re all set!\u201d page will display. Click done on the bottom right hand corner of the screen.<\/li><li>Teams will open. It may take a moment to load.<\/li><li>You now have access to Microsoft Teams! Take some time to familiarize yourself with Teams. On the left-hand side, you will see different tabs including Activity, Chat, Teams, Assignments, Calendar, Calls, and Files. Here is a link to some short <a href=\"https:\/\/support.office.com\/en-us\/article\/microsoft-teams-video-training-4f108e54-240b-4351-8084-b1089f0d21d7\">tutorial videos on Teams<\/a>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Joining a scheduled meeting:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>On the day of the scheduled meeting, refer to the calendar invitation sent to you. You can access the meeting by selecting the \u201c<strong>Join Microsoft Teams Meeting<\/strong>\u201d link that you received in the email or calendar invite.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: Microsoft Teams is available on mobile devices and can be downloaded for free from the app store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong>: Reliable internet connection and a device with microphone and camera access such as a laptop, phone, or tablet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Have questions or need assistance?
