Here is a quick way to use the find tool and record sets to find those missing items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In-transit items<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Open your find tool and set your search parameters to: item record > basic search > circulation status > exact. Then choose in-transit as your search term. <\/li><li>Add a filter: assigned branch > your library. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"631\" height=\"89\" src=\"https:\/\/support.prl.ab.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Blog-post-image-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1646\" srcset=\"https:\/\/support.prl.ab.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Blog-post-image-1.jpg 631w, https:\/\/support.prl.ab.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Blog-post-image-1-300x42.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 631px) 100vw, 631px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>3. When you click the search button, your results will display all your items that are currently &#8220;in-transit&#8221;. Click the shopping bag item, fill in the appropriate information. <br><strong>Check<\/strong>: Send results to New Record Set<br><strong>Name:<\/strong> Library code- purpose<br><strong>Owner<\/strong>: your library (br = ASUN for example)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"251\" height=\"214\" src=\"https:\/\/support.prl.ab.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Blog-post-image-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1647\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Then click, apply. Back at your search results click the search icon again. You will be prompted to open the record set right away, click yes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can then sort the record set results by last activity date. <br>5. We currently have no transaction data from before the Polaris implementation (<strong>March 14, 2019<\/strong>), so after you&#8217;ve looked on your shelf for these items, withdraw items that have been in-transit since then. <br>         &#8211; Check in the item by copying and pasting the item barcode. Deny any hold notifications that may occur.<br>         &#8211; Change the circulation status to <strong>withdrawn<\/strong>. View the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.prl.ab.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Manage-Item-Records-2-Updated.pdf\">manage item records tip sheet<\/a> for guidance. <br>6.
