This block offers a discounted rate and ensures room availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A total of 15 rooms have been reserved at the following rate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Standard King room with a queen-size pull-out couch:<\/strong> $158.00 per night, plus applicable taxes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests will be charged $10 per person, per night, plus applicable taxes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The booking deadline is <strong>August 20, 2026<\/strong>. After this date, any unreserved rooms will be released back into general inventory, and standard rates will apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To receive the discounted rate, reservations must be made <strong>by phone<\/strong> (online bookings will not qualify). Please request the <strong>\u201cParkland Library 2026\u201d<\/strong> room block for <strong>September 20, 2026<\/strong> when making your reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">*New This Year*<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>More accommodation sponsorships!<\/strong> We&#8217;ve added additional accommodation sponsorships for those travelling from 100km or more away and will be booking a hotel room. Check the box in the registration form to be entered into the draw. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Best Dressed Prize<\/strong> \u2013 Have a fun library-themed outfit you want to show off?
