Emergency after-hours support

Parkland also offers after-hours support for urgent issues only. The after-hours schedule is as follows:

  • Monday – Thursday 4:30 pm – 9:00 pm
  • Friday 4:30 pm – 7:00 pm
  • Saturday 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • Sunday 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm

To get in touch with us after-hours, please call the regular Parkland phone number and leave a voicemail message in the ‘helpdesk’ voicemail box.
