Polaris Upgrade- New Features: Patron Account

Please remember that on Monday, March 23rd, 2020 an upgrade to Polaris will be taking place.

Notable change in this upgrade include:

Patron Account- Holds/Held Tab

  • Staff can now suspend/reactivate holds in bulk from the patron account in Leap
Suspend or reactive patron hold request(s) from Leap.
  • Under the Holds/Held tab of the patron record, items that were on Hold and have now been checked out will no longer display under “Held” with a status of “Out”. This change will also be reflected for patrons when they sign into their account in the PAC.
