PLC Meeting (Hybrid)

Parkland Libraries Council Meeting, where member Library Managers meet to discuss and make decisions on important issues.
The next Parkland Libraries Council meeting will be held on Monday, June 1st from 10 am – 12 pm (with a training on Best Practices in Library Leadership to follow from 1-3pm).
This meeting will be hybrid (both in-person and virtual). If you are planning to attend this training, either virtually or in-person, please register here: https://parklandab.wufoo.com/forms/z1urifxo088q59z/
The deadline for registration will be Monday, May 11, 2026. After registration has closed, you will receive a calendar invite for the PLC meeting and the training if you have indicated you are attending. If you are attending virtually, you will need to click on the meeting link in the calendar invite on the day of the meeting. If you are attending in person, please try and arrive 10-15 minutes before the meeting starts at 10 am.
We would also like to ask if any library managers have agenda items to submit, to please do so by sending your topic to libraryservices@prl.ab.ca by May 4, 2026.
A meeting package, including the agenda and background material for each topic, will be sent out by email at least one week before the meeting. Please read the package to prepare for the meeting. Bring insights and ideas from you and your staff!
