DESCRIPTION:Registration is now open for Parkland’s Travelling Customer Service Training. This training will be an opportunity to learn about the foundational principles of customer service\, observe demonstrations where those principles are put into practice\, and implement the customer service techniques you’ve learned within specific scenarios.\n\nWe encourage library managers\, staff\, and volunteers to attend this training!\n\nThe training dates and location options are listed below. When you are registering\, please pick one since they will all be the same training. If multiple people from your library will be attending\, please fill out one registration form per person.\n\nMonday\, May 4th from 1:30-4pm at Parkland HQ\nMonday\, May 11th from 1:30-4pm at Olds Municipal Library\nTuesday\, May 19th from 9:30am-12pm at Sedgewick & District Municipal Library\n\nOutlook calendar invites will be sent to you after registration closes on April 24th. \n \nPlease feel free to reach out with any questions you may have about the training or the registration process.
