We are pleased to welcome Haley Amendt as our newest consultant librarian, starting on November 26th. A Ponoka native, Haley most recently has been Manager of Library Services for the Hinton Municipal Library. As her first priority for Parkland Regional Library, Haley will be spearheading the development and delivery of Polaris training to our member libraries. And she joins us just in time to take part in Parkland staff’s first round of training on the new integrated library system.
On November 30th we say farewell to Tabby Bennedbaek, who has worked in various positions at Parkland over the past 8 years, most recently on the IT team. Many of you will have communicated with Tabby to keep your websites updated and running smoothly. While we are sad to see Tabby go, we send her off with our best wishes for the new chapter that is opening up in her life.
