Customer Service Travelling Training Olds (In Person)

Registration is now open for Parkland’s Travelling Customer Service Training. This training will be an opportunity to learn about the foundational principles of customer service, observe demonstrations where those principles are put into practice, and implement the customer service techniques you’ve learned within specific scenarios.

We encourage library managers, staff, and volunteers to attend this training!

The training dates and location options are listed below. When you are registering, please pick one since they will all be the same training. If multiple people from your library will be attending, please fill out one registration form per person.
