Meeting Topic: Overdue Fines & Waiving in Polaris

Parkland is hosting a short virtual discussion about overdue fines, how
they are accrued, and options for waiving them in Polaris at the branch or
system-wide levels. Making adjustments to existing Polaris settings for
member libraries can help to reduce staff time spent manually waiving fines
(for those who are already fine-free). PRLS IT Manager, Tim Spark, will be
in attendance to talk about the available options and answer questions.
